Our client is a globally recognized luxury brand celebrated for its heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation. With a strong presence in the globe, they are looking for a Retail Director to join the fast growing business.

About the Role

As Retail Director, you will be the brand ambassador and strategic leader overseeing boutiques / stores operations and driving business growth.

This role requires a visionary mindset to deliver exceptional client experiences, inspire high-performing teams, and maintain the brand’s prestige across all retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a P&L owner and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize retail operations and achieve P&L objectives.
• Personalize client experience to international or VIP events
• Establish annual sales targets and drive sustainable growth through innovative strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, and top-spending clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Merchandising, VM) for seamless execution of brand initiatives.
• Lead boutique teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Implement performance management systems and training programs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of luxury retail or retail experience, preferably gained from jewellery or fashion or other related products.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proven track record in retail strategy, P&L management, and client relationship development.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and delivering unique client experiences.
